





BOOKING POLICY
New clients: Are required to make a $40 deposit to secure the first appointment. This can be payable via Venmo or credit card. This deposit will go towards the balance of the service price. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you forfeit your deposit.
Current clients: Must give at least a 48 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a $50 cancelation fee. This just ensures that our staff stays booked, since it is hard to fill spots with such short notice. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to pampering your pets!
